Zachary D. Mastro practices business and real estate law with Titus Brueckner Spitler & Shelts PLC. Zach focuses on each clients’ individual goals and executing them with an attention to detail.
Zach enjoys getting to know his clients and building long lasting relationships. He is passionate about always being available to assist his clients with a priority on getting the deal closed efficiently.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Titus Brueckner Spitler & Shelts PLC, Zach worked as an associate attorney where his work was focused on commercial litigation, commercial transactions litigation, corporate law, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
As a law student at Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, Zach was a member of the Corporate Law Association. He participated in the Corporate Counsel Externship program and was a legal extern for G6 Hospitality in Carrollton, TX. Zach also received a Certificate in Business Law and Leadership presented by the Robert B. Rowling Center for Business Law and Leadership at SMU.
ABOUT ZACH
Zach was born and raised in Arizona and grew up around a family of entrepreneurs learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. While not working, he enjoys spending his time with family, friends, and taking care of his two golden retrievers with his girlfriend. He also very much enjoys the outdoors, whether it’s a ski trip in the winter or a lake trip in the summer.
