This month, Jon Titus presented a seminar entitled “Protecting Your Business from Employee Theft.” The seminar was presented through the State Bar of Arizona to attorneys licensed in Arizona. Jon, along with Don Bays of Henry & Horne, LLP, discussed various topics, including how to detect and prevent embezzlement, signals to watch for, internal controls, and recovery of losses. Employee theft is an epidemic threatening businesses of all sizes. Jon has assisted many businesses with these issues throughout the years.
